Welcome to Kidu. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Kidu mobile application and website services. Please read them carefully before setting up a study profile.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Kidu app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who Can Use Kidu
Kidu is designed for everyone in the family — parents, guardians, and students of all ages (including Grade 4, 5, 6 and up). Students under 13 are encouraged to use the app with a parent or guardian's knowledge. Account registration by users under 13 requires parental consent.
3. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Schedule photos and PDFs you upload are processed by our AI, then deleted from our servers. We do not share personal data with third parties. Your child's data is stored securely and linked only to your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Kidu offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium features are unlocked upon payment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per App Store / Google Play policies.
5. Third-Party Content
Kidu links to YouTube videos and other educational resources. We do not host or own this content. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content. Always supervise your child while viewing online videos.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, upload harmful content, or violate any applicable laws. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without notice.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Kidu after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
