How does the AI Schedule Scanner work?
Simply take a photo or upload a PDF/image of your child's school timetable. Kidu's secure AI parses the subjects and timings, automatically mapping them to a highly interactive, customizable color-coded daily grid inside the app.
Are there any scan limits for AI features?
Yes, limits apply depending on your plan. Free tier users can scan 1 timetable per week, while Premium members can scan up to 15 per week.
Is the video search safe for children?
Yes. Kidu only shows vetted educational videos and channels. General entertainment or non-educational content is completely blocked, ensuring a safe learning space.
How do I delete my child's account and data?
You have full control over your data. Inside the Kidu app, go to Settings > Account. Select "Delete Account", type the required word to confirm, and tap the delete button. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Is Kidu compliant with COPPA?
Yes. Kidu is designed to fully satisfy Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA) guidelines. We do not require children to share personal identifiers, and we never display third-party advertisements or sell user profile data.
